We cannot accept returns on opened items, because we have to throw opened medications away. Please send your unopened items. :)

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items that have been opened and/or used may not be returned. All products with a seal must be returned with the seal intact. Packages returned without a seal will not receive a refund, as they must be thrown away. In accordance with FDA regulations, medications and supplements cannot be returned once opened and used. Items that are returned with damaged packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges may not be refunded. Shipping fees or costs associated with international shipping, duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items may not be returned because of an ill reaction or dislike to a product. You must contact your veterinarian and the manufacturer of the product before administering it to your pet.
If your return is a result of our error (received an incorrect, defective, damaged product etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs for a replacement item. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 10 business days). Rest assured, we will do everything possible to get your money back in your hands. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you prefer, just email or call us, and we can take care of it.
