I usually buy these products from my vet. Why should I buy from you?

Our prices are typically 30% – 50% cheaper than your local vet. We offer the convenience of ordering from your own home and having the product delivered a few days later.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all United States orders. International customers receive discounted shipping rates through our international shipping couriers. 

Hold on.... Is shipping really free? 

Yes, shipping is free for our United States customers. There are no hidden fees, and no additional fees at checkout. There is no minimum order amount. If you order a $5 item, it will receive free shipping just like any other order. 

I have ordered from you before, and I had to pay shipping costs. 

We started shipping all domestic orders for free in July 2015. 

How long does shipping take? 

Our average, after the product has shipped, the delivery time to United States customers is 1-3 business days. Most domestic orders are delivered in 2 business days. Most orders ship same day, but some may take up to 2 business days. We ship orders Monday through Friday. International customers should expect longer shipping times. Weather or other factors may delay delivery. Please see our shipping page for more information.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes! We ship around the world. Make sure you are well informed on the importation policies of your country. We do not pay taxes, duties or other import fees of your county. Before ordering, check out our shipping policies for international orders.

Do you offer tracking on your shipments?

Yes! We offer advanced tracking on our shipments. You can track your order at tracking.petwishpros.com or by logging into your account. We also include tracking alerts via SMS to your cell phone for no extra charge. You will receive a notification when your order ships, and right before your delivery driver delivers the items. You can opt out by replying STOP in the message. We do not sell your email address or other information, and we do not spam. *Some international countries do not support parcel tracking.

Can I return my product? 

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of your order. Please see our return policy for more information

Do you charge sales tax?

We do not charge sales tax in 49 states. We only charge sales tax to residents in the state of Georgia. Residents of other states can shop tax free!

Is this the same product as my local vet?

Yes, it is and we guarantee it. We purchase our products from the same place your local vet does. We do NOT purchase our products from resellers.

Are your products fresh and in date?

Yes, it is and we guarantee it. We receive new shipments of our inventory daily. In fact, our products rarely sit on the shelf allowing us to provide products with extended expiration dates. We guarantee that our products are in date and are never expired. Our inventory is stored in our year round climate-controlled warehouse (temperature set at exactly 70 degrees).

Can you provide an expiration date for your products?

Yes, we can provide an expiration dates for most products. Sometimes, we will give a date range because different shipments might have different expiration dates. Some manufacturers do not put an expiration date on the product. You can contact the manufacturer for an approximate shelf life. Rest assured, our products are the freshest and you will receive a product that will last as long as the manufacturer intended.

I need something that I can’t find on your website. Can you get it for me?

We can order most non-prescription pet supplies. If we can’t get it, we will tell you the best place to buy it.

How do I order a product?

I have an account with you but I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

You can change your password here. You must know the email address that you used when you created your account. If you need further assistance, we can help you via phone or live chat.

Do you have my payment information on file?

No, we do not save payment information. All payment information obtained when you order yourself on our webstore is destroyed after the card is charged.

Do you offer additional discounts or promotions?

Our prices are already deeply discounted. Occasionally, you will find a special offer through one of our social media channels or email marketing.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, American Express, and PayPal. You can also pay with cash, check or money order at our Buford, GA location. Checks and money orders can also be mailed before an order is shipped (contact us for a check mailing address).

Do you price match?

Yes, we will price match any major competitor selling the exact same product. However, we reserve the right to ensure that the competitor has the product in-stock and to validate that the final price includes any shipping, handling or other associated fees. Also, we will price match any price you find from us through another sales channel. Please see our contact information page.

Can I pick up my order at your Buford, GA location?

Yes, most orders can be picked up from our office in Buford, GA for no additional charge. Some items are not located at this office, and require one day of processing. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up. Check out our shipping page for more details.

I need my product quickly! Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping services?

Yes, we offer many different affordable shipping solutions. We recommend that you contact us before ordering if you have an immediate need for a product (to confirm that a product has overnight eligibility). We can give custom quotes for a range of shipping services, and details on delivery dates. Expedited orders are fulfilled before standard shipping orders. Check out our shipping page for more details.

Do you need medical records for my pet?

No, because we do not sell prescription medications, we do not require you to provide medical information for your pet. We do, however, recommend that you provide us with the pet type and weight so we can make sure you are receiving the correct variation of a product.

Do you sell prescription medications?

Pet Wish Pros does not sell prescription medications; we sell over the counter medications and supplements. You can obtain prescription medications from your veterinarian. 

Can I purchase in bulk from you?

You can purchase from us in bulk for personal use. Please contact us for more information.

Can I order on my smartphone or tablet?

Yes! Our website is made to work on computers, phones, tablets, and everything in between. If you are having trouble, give us a call at (888) 407-7103.

Can I use a separate billing and shipping address? 

Yes, you can use a separate billing and shipping address. We reserve the right to verfiy the payment additionally, in accordance with our fraud prevention policies (we pursue fraudulent buyers in criminal court, and record IP addresses).

I received tape on my product. What gives? 

Sometimes the manufacturer or our warehouse adds tape to the cap of your product to protect it in shipping. It is safe to use. 

Is my information safe? 

Yes, your information is safe. We use advanced server security that keeps your account information safe. We do not save your payment information, like credit card numbers, and this information is deleted after your order is accepted. 

We also do not sell email addresses or phone numbers, as we hate spam more than anyone. Your email address and phone number will be used if we need to contact you about your order. Also, if you sign up for our newsletter, you will receive promotions and news from Pet Wish Pros.
