Safe and effective! These Duoxo pads get the job done. They are gentle and keep those wrinkly folds clean. My English Bulldog's face is never red or irritated. They were recommended by a pet Dermatologist too. Absolutely love this product and PetWishPros.com is the only place that I purchase them at, they are the Pros!
My 10 yo Beagle has Cushings disease and is very susceptible to infections.
She develops staph, yeast & bacterial infections between the pads on her paws a couple times a year. Vet suggested cleaning daily with these pads.
These pads do a good job of keeping the area clean.
Great price and fast shipping too.
My English bulldog needs to have her wrinkles cleaned on a daily basis to avoid infections. These wipes are amazing. I've tried a 3 other wipes, which were to harsh on her skin (leaving it red and irritated). These wipes are thick and do not have a harsh scent, I use them to clean my bulldogs wrinkles and feet (to stop the itching).
This is a very good product. My cat has FIV and had a nail bed infection. We use these pads to clean his nail beds and they do help quite a bit. I also use on his head and ears where debris forms. You can pull each pad apart, as they are thick, and use it as two thinner pads to make them last longer. Also, it helps to squeeze a little liquid out of the pad and onto the areas you need to clean, then go back and use the pad to rub off the debris after it has gotten moistened and loose. After using the pads we had our cat sit with us while we watched a movie so he couldn't lick off the medication. Now after a month he's learned to not lick it off when on his own. :)
I previously used malacetic hc wipes and malacetic wet wipes dry bath to clean my bulldogs facial folds and feet (vet recommended). My bulldog face is very sensitive and she constantly licks her feet. I found the malacetic hc wipes and wet wipes dry bath (wet wipes were way too big) to have a harsh smell and my dog would run away whenever I'd bring the containers out. I couldn't be happier with the douxo wipes, the have a nice smell, much thicker than the ones I've used in the past. I usually cut a pad in half and use one half on her face and the other on her feet. Her face is in the best shape and her obsessive feet licking has majorly reduced.
Saved a lot buying it from Pet Wish Pros
My kitty, "booderboo", has feline acne... when it gets riled up, always, every time, a secondary bacterial infection sets in. Left untreated.... Her whole chin and upper throat would be a massive 1\4 inch thick scab!! Every vet trip costs me about $150.00 give or take. After doing much research & being familiar w\ products as a groomer, I purchased this product(douxo) along with Pyoben gel(Virbac). I choose these so as to treat the acne (underlying cause.) And the chlorhexidine to cleanse & treat
My dog is small to medium. I ordered this to use on her chin/lip area. I could/will probably cut them in half to use.
Product is good.
My dog Hannah is a miniature poodle and she had a severe form of vulval intertriginous dermatitis. Using Douxo wipes in conjunction with an anti-fungal cream, has restored the area to normal appearance. Hannah's constant licking and chewing of the area removed all of the wool and caused swelling of the tissue. I am delighted with the results of using Douxo wipes as part of a maintenance routine to keep the area clean and infection free. All of the wool has grown back and there is no sign of irritation.
