How long does it take to get my order?
Most pet parents receive their orders within 2-4 business days. If your order is placed before 3:00PM EST, it will ship the same day!

Who is going to be delivering my package?
We ship only premium carriers. We will automatically select the best carrier to get your package to you as fast as possible. If you want to request a specific carrier, we will happily fulfill that request.
Will I need to be present when my package arrives?
Nope! Feel free to go to the park, go shopping, or out to dinner. We will make sure your package arrives safely.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes?
Absolutely. We ship orders to U.S. Post Office Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The weight limit is 20 lbs for U.S. Post Office Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Do you ship to international addresses?
We do! Animals all around the world can get our goodies. Please note that although we ship internationally, that the importation of the package is the responsibility of the buyer, and may be subject to import duties, import polices, and additional transit time.
